- Managing fieldwork operations activities (subsea pipe laying & tie-in, Jacket & platform installation) and providing technical support during installation and construction work.
- Project pre-mobilization audit and conduct site audit.- Supervision offshore installation works.
- Monitor all project activities and managed & supervised contractors and vendors.
- Supervise and monitoring of project progress, control work schedule, manage contractor & coordinate among all relevant parties for both onshore & offshore platform modification projects
- Preparation of final documentation packages, as-built drawings, and required project documentation.
